Trial Classes

*Participant Requirements & Minor Policy*
Participants must be 18 years or older to enroll and sign membership agreements, including trial classes, visitors or seminars.

Minors (under 18) must have a parent or legal guardian present for the initial class and must personally sign all liability waivers and membership documents before participating in a class.

We do not permit any other individual—including siblings, relatives, grandparents or friends—to sign on behalf of a minor under any circumstances (unless proper legal guardianship documentation is available).
